It is with great pleasure that I am now offering my "Have a Say in What You Pay" program to house sellers in the London Ontario area. This program is designed to allow you, the client, to decide which marketing plan would work best for your property, and therefore you can HAVE A SAY IN WHAT YOU PAY! No more haggling over commission costs, with plans as low as 3.5%, I can offer you marketing plan to meet your specific needs!
The program is divided into four separate levels of marketing plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Commission costs are clearly labelled to each marketing plan, including the amount of commission that will be offered to a "co-operating broker" (another Realtor who brings in a successful buyer for the property). Also outlined in each marketing plan is the types advertising that will be preformed to market your property to the buying public. This sellers program is exlcusively offered by me to my clients with houses whose list price is up to $350,000. For properties over $350,000, I am pleased to provide a customized and personalized marketing plan designed on a per-client basis. I am proud to offer my services to clients in all price ranges.
